Lower attendance at EMU pushing down house values?

I thought this was an interesting article from the Michigan Daily.

It talks about U of M students who go for the cheaper houseing in Ypsilanti, and how the falling enrollement at Eastern is effecting the home prices. (A little bit of a stretch, but...)
