Ypsilanti Down Town Development Plan on the way

The Courier just had a good article on the Ypsilanti Michigan Down Town Development Authority and their plan to create a blueprint for the future of Downtown.

Ypsilanti downtown can be a fun place with some fun and interesting restaurants and shops, but it has seemed to suffer from having a bit of an unpredictable mix of businesses.

I think some serious long-term planning is exactly what we need.

Ypsilanti mailing, Pittsfield Township taxes, Ann Arbor schools

Many home buyers don't know it, but there are hundreds of homes that are in the Ann Arbor school system that have an Ypsilanti mailing address.

Basically everything East of 23 has an Ypsilanti mailing address!
